Groundbreaking Ceremony Celebrates Construction of Waterfront Place Housing

Everett, Wash. – Today, multi-family developer team SeaLevel Properties and Gracorp, in partnership with the Port of Everett, hosted a groundbreaking ceremony to commemorate the start of construction for the 266-unit Waterfront Place Apartments at Fisherman’s Harbor – the first phase of the Port of Everett’s 65-acre Waterfront Place mixed-use development. This highly anticipated project brings housing to the waterfront for the first time in Everett’s history.
Port of Everett and City of Everett officials joined project partners and community members to commemorate this historic milestone with remarks from developers, Port Commission President Glen Bachman, Port of Everett CEO Lisa Lefeber and City of Everett Mayor Cassie Franklin.
